i. This agreement is the entire agreement between you and us during your stay at Agriturismo La Fattoria del Rio di Sopra. By paying in full the Booking deposit you agree to this rental greement. Once we receive your Booking deposit your booking is confirmed and you will receive an email. ii. The Rental price for the Property includes the provision of towels and linen, normal use of utilities such as water, gas for cooking and electricity. Final cleaning is also included in the price, but you are supposed to leave the house in decent order. (or separate, above) Please note that towels for use at the pool side are not provided. iii. The Rental price for the Property does not include gas for central heating. If you use the central heating you will be charged what you consume. Please note all use is metered and we will ask that you pay for this in cash on departure. iv. There is a Security Deposit to be paid upon arrival of Euro 100. You will get this back when you are leaving after inspection of the apartment. v. You may enter the Property from 4.00pm on the Arrival date and are required to vacate the Property by 10.00am on the Departure date. Arrival times can be flexible, please let us know in advance so we can try to arrange any time that suits you. vi. If you wish to amend any aspect of your stay we will always try to meet your requirements; however we may, at our discretion, treat any changes as a cancellation by you and the Cancellation fees may apply. vii. If you cancel your booking, we will retain the Booking deposit, unless we manage to re-let the Property. If we re-let the Property for the period you have cancelled we will refund any money you have paid less 100 Euro administration fee. This is to cover any agents fees, administration, advertising etc. In order to help in re-letting the Property we ask that you inform us of your decision to cancel the booking as soon as possible by email or phone, if by phone please confirm in writing. viii. If we are forced to cancel your booking due to a force majeure event/natural disaster or due to the actions of other parties, we will refund in full any money you have already paid us as full and final settlement. Please be assured that in this unlikely event, we will assist you to find alternative accommodation. ix. The swimming pool is open for use in the warmer months; please note the pool is not heated. You are welcome to swim and use the pool area but do so at your own risk. Please be aware that there is no fence surrounding the pool. We require children using the pool area to be supervised. x. It is a condition of renting the Property that you have adequate holiday and personal insurance cover. We take no responsibility for personal injury or damage to personal belongings unless caused by our direct wilful negligence. xi. Our liability under this agreement is limited to the Rental price. xii. No smoking is allowed in the Property or other indoor areas.
