The large area around Trasimeno lake is crossed by many paths very convenient for walking.  Some of them, even if here the hills are quite gentle, are very good for a good and severe trekking.  Very common is here also the mountain bike practice and horse riding.  The Trasimeno Park is well equipped for many  sports and leisure, as, for instance, canoe, sailing, fishing, windsurf.

The FATTORIA del RIO di SOPRA offers all of these opportunities, as well as guide to agricultural activities, mushroom collection and tasting of "extravergine" olive oil DOP and of wine IGT. The complex is equipped with a swimming pool  (14 x 7 m.).

Ping pong, volleyball,   "bocce" (bowls) (500 m.), horse riding (1 km.), sport fishing, tennis, basket (all of them inside 1,5 km).
