The complex, originally an old monastery dated back in the years around the 1700, has been during last years smartly refurbished, but caring to keep the peculiarities of the old building.

It is totally embedded in a green land where sunflowers and other grains are extensively cultivated. The Trasimeno lake is quite close, no more than one kilometre away.
