Services/rules of the farmhouse:

  • Apartments for 4 or 2 people with at least 75 sqm
  • Pets welcome without supplement
  • Free access to the pool
  • Barbecue

  • In each apartment: table and chairs by the garden; lounge beds and chairs for the pool; mosquito nets
  • Free Wi-Fi internet connection throughout the entire structure
  • Sheets and towels included, with a weekly change on demand, extra change not included in the price
  • Final cleaning included
  • Heating included unless otherwise agreed
  • Flexible check-in and check-out based on the possibilities (preferable check-in between 4-8 pm, check-out by 10 am)
  • Washing machine available to guests
  • Payment with credit or debit card
  • Tastings of our extra virgin olive oil
  • extra bed €20 over 14 years old
  • Apartment cleaning service available for a fee

When to arrive and to leave? You decide!
We do not obligate you to choose the traditional Saturday to Saturday booking, but you can choose how many nights to book and any day of the week to start your holiday!
 

Booking confirmation
To confirm your booking we generally request 30% of the total through wire transfer or PayPal as a security deposit.

Cancellation
Security deposits are reimbursed for cancellations that occur at least 15 days prior to the date of arrival. Otherwise the security deposit will be returned only if the same apartment is rented. 

 

Min stay
The daily price has a minimum stay of 2 days.
