Complex is formed by four flats, each one with beds for 4 + 1 persons. Flats are tastefully furnished respecting the old style of the Umbrian-Tuscan region. They include kitchen and bathroom with bath/bed//kitchen proper linen. Guest can enjoy: swimming pool, ping pong, barbecue and oven, TV socket, laundry and ironing facilities. - Facilities are available also for handicapped people. - It is possible to buy "extravergine type" olive oil (DOP) produced by the farm and also wine of local production. - English language. - Complex is open all year around. - Pets are permitted.
The Farm
The special local conditions of high quality agricultural land, of gentle slopes without any rough hill, of proper climate conditioned by the lake proximity, have given the local farmers the best opportunity for cultivation of both vineyards and olives. This part of Umbria is renowned for the production of an "extravergine" olive oil, quite light and with a peculiar aroma acquired only because of the climate conditioned by the lake proximity. The farm has an extension of 70 hectares and is mainly used to grow olives, vines, cereals and other grains. Wine IGT Umbria and "Extravergine" olive oil DOP Umbria are the main products of the Farm.
